Enjoy some of latan's family favorites

Fudge Pie With Devonshire Cream
1/4 to 1/2 cup cocoa powder (add more for dark chocolate add more cocoa, for milk chocolate add less)
1 stick non salted butter (melted)
2 eggs (prewhipped)
1 C extra fine sugar
1/4 C flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Whip all ingredients together until creamy Pour into pie crust Bake for 20 - 30 minutes
Devonshire Cream:
1 pint heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
1 block cream cheese (room temp)
Whip heavy cream until peaks form
Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla flavoring Stirring until blended.
(Refrigerate cream until ready to serve. Add berries of choice on top)
